Please be aware that you are unable to make a claim, neither for yourself, nor on someone's behalf, if:

You are under 18 (only a legal parent or guardian can claim on behalf of people aged under 18)
The person you're claiming for wasn't injured in the accident, or the accident was their fault
Any injury symptoms didn't last longer than 2 weeks
Injury caused by an accident was suffered over 3 years ago

In some cases, specific details - such as where the accident happened, and the circumstances involved - may prevent a claim too.
