What is our #ClaimWithConfidence campaign?

Our research shows that less people are claiming for personal injuries and getting the compensation they deserve than in recent years, with many avoiding doing so due to:

  • perceived stigmas attached to personal injury claims
  • worries about potential consequences of making a claim
  • the time, effort and cost involved
  • not knowing they could make a claim

This is why we have created our #ClaimWithConfidence campaign, and why it is so important.

We believe everyone who's been injured in a no-fault accident has a right to have their story heard, has a right to get the support and help they need, and has a right to get the compensation they deserve to help get their life back on track.

So we have dedicated ourselves to educating those who may be unsure about making a claim; to challenging the personal injury stigmas and common reasons for not making things right; and, put simply, helping people to #ClaimWithConfidence.

How we are helping people #ClaimWithConfidence

We believe that many people aren't confident enough to make, or even consider making, a claim because they've not been given the right information, from the right people.

So, we are here to make a change by educating people about when and why you could - and often should - make a claim, about the claims process and about the personal injury industry as a whole.

With this in mind, we are:

  • Helping to break the stigmas of making a claim for what you deserve after a no-fault accident - in our research, almost half of people believed there were stigmas attached to personal injury claims
  • Reducing any worries around the amount of time and effort a claim takes, as well as how much it costs - we found that many people were put off claiming, believing it would take too long, be too stressful and cost too much
  • Eliminating fears of perceived consequences of making a claim - for example, some worried they'd lose their job for making an accident at work claim
  • Ensuring those who could claim know they can, and feel they have all the information, support and help they need - half of those who could have made a claim in the last three years didn't, not realising they could
  • Tackling the negative perceptions of personal injury claims - some are put off, believing it is a ‘cold calling' or ‘ambulance chasing' industry

We will debunk common myths about making a claim; provide guidance around making a claim and everything the process involves; and more, to ensure that if and when you're ready to get what you deserve after an accident that wasn't your fault, you know you can tell us your story and #ClaimWithConfidence.
