John joined us in 2021, bringing extensive personal injury legal and senior management expertise to our business. He has many years' experience working for law firms and legal service providers, including his most recent role as Chief Operating Officer at Appleyard Lees.
Skills:
A skilled strategist, John is a political studies graduate from the University of Leeds and a postgraduate in law from Manchester Metropolitan University.
He has an excellent track record in helping businesses to grow. Central to this is his ability to engage with and motivate employees in delivering excellent results for customers.
John's role:
John oversees the personal injury teams at National Accident Law and has worked tirelessly with his team and the wider business to drive ever-improving processing performance. This involves making sure the customer journey is optimised from the start of a claim through to its investigation, negotiation and final settlement.
He is driven by a desire to stand up for people injured in accidents. This sense of commitment and purpose is helping us to deliver on our service promise to provide our customers with an excellent experience throughout their claim's journey.
Outside the office:
As well as being flash with a camera, John enjoys an active lifestyle, good food, and loves to travel with his family.
